This research aims at describing the locution and illocution act from sentence and language used in SUPER-T T-SHIRT and describing the purposes of locution and illocution act from utterance of sentence used in SUPER-T T-SHIRT. This research applies descriptive qualitative method. The object of the research are writen form, which can be found from SUPER-T T-SHIRT. The data in this research are writen form used in SUPER-T T-SHIRT. The data source in this research is language form found in SUPER-T T-SHIRT. The writer conducts the data analysis with the following procedures: Present data by analyzing the meaning utterances of the text of locution and illocution on SUPER-T T-SHIRT.The result shows that 12 data or 60 % are included into phrase, 1 data or 5 % is included into word, 1 data or 5 % is included into clause, and 6 data or 30 % included into sentence. The finding from the writen form of T-Shirt show that representative utterance are 9 data or 45 %, directive are 7 data or 35 %, expressive are 3 data or 15 % and declarative is 1 data or 5 %. The researcher hoped this analysis of written form in Super T T-Shirt could be one reference of studying pragmatics especially in speech act.
